旨在研究玉米自交系单株产量等性状的配合力、遗传力及反交效应,为玉米自交系的选育和杂交种的组配提供依据。以11份玉米自交系为试材,按Griffing Ⅲ完全双列杂交法组配110个组合,观测杂交种的单株产量、株高、穗位高、雄穗分支数、雄穗主轴长、抽丝期和开花期等7个性状的表型数据,并对上述性状的一般配合力、特殊配合力、广义遗传力、狭义遗传力和反交效应进行估算。供试材料除雄穗主轴长的特殊配合力差异不显著外,其余性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力差异均达到极显著水平。JZ3和JZ6两个自交系单株产量的一般配合力为极显著正值,两对组合JZ9×JZ2和JZ2×JZ9、JZ6×JZ3和JZ3×JZ6的单株产量具有最大的正向SCA效应值,分别为40.68 g和35.24 g。单株产量的反交效应差异极显著,部分自交系的反交效应方差较大。7个性状的广义遗传力从大到小依次为,雄穗分支数、株高、开花期、穗位高、抽丝期、单株产量和雄穗主轴长;狭义遗传力从大到小依次为,雄穗分支数、株高、穗位高、开花期、雄穗主轴长、抽丝期和单株产量。试验结果表明单株产量性状的显性遗传方差占比最大,狭义遗传力最小,易受环境条件的影响,对该性状的选择适宜在晚代进行;单株产量性状具有显著的反交效应,故部分自交系需严格控制正反交方式。  相似文献

植物生长调节剂是一种特殊的含有植物激素活性的农药,能够起到改善农作物质量和控制植物生长的作用,近年来植物生长调节剂的毒性及其残留危害吸引了众多研究人员的关注。其中,矮壮素(CHLM)和缩节胺(MEP)作为常用的2种植物生长调节剂,其使用不当和残留危害所引起的食品安全问题并没有引起足够的重视。最近的研究工作将CHLM和MEP确立为大麦麦芽烘烤过程的副产品,而用于研究的大麦属于生态类型,经验证不含任何植物生长调节剂。由此可知,CHLM和MEP是由食品中的天然成分经过热加工处理后形成的化合物。CHLM和MEP作为新的食品加工污染物已成为食品安全问题的研究热点。对CHLM、MEP在食品中的形成进行了综述,并对其检测技术进行总结,以期为CHLM和MEP的研究提供参考。  相似文献

应用Vero细胞从河南省某腹泻羊场的粪便样品中分离出2株病毒。电镜观察显示,分离的病毒粒子直径大小为25~30 nm。单层免疫过氧化物酶对分离病毒进行了免疫学鉴定,结果显示分离的2株病毒均与羊肠道病毒CEV-JL14的高免血清发生强阳性反应。对RT-PCR扩增出的病毒基因片段进行了序列测定与比对分析,发现分离的2株病毒与CEV-JL14毒株处于同一分支,均为G种肠道病毒。本研究首次从河南省分离获得了羊肠道病毒,为进一步研究该病打下基础。  相似文献

Many hyperthyroid cats develop azotaemic chronic kidney disease (aCKD) following treatment, which has led to the hypothesis that hyperthyroidism might be detrimental to renal function. Renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) activation occurs in hyperthyroidism, which could cause peri-tubular hypoxia, tubular damage and the development of aCKD. Urinary vascular endothelial growth factor:creatinine ratio (VEGFCR) is postulated to be a marker of tubular hypoxia. VEGFCR was correlated with plasma renin activity (PRA) and compared between hyperthyroid cats that did and did not develop aCKD following treatment (pre-azotaemic and non-azotaemic groups respectively). PRA was positively correlated with VEGFCR (rs = 0.382; P = 0.028); however, pre-azotaemic hyperthyroid cats had significantly lower VEGFCR than non-azotaemic cats at baseline (median 122.3 fg/g versus 167.0 fg/g; P < 0.001). RAAS activation in hyperthyroidism is associated with increased VEGFCR; however, increased VEGFCR was not correlated with the development of aCKD. Therefore, tubular hypoxia may not be a mechanism for renal damage in hyperthyroid cats.  相似文献

Inhibins, as members of the transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) superfamily, downregulate the synthesis and secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in an endocrine manner. The role of inhibin/betaglycan in the ovary regulation recently gained attention. To date, no data exist on the function of inhibin α subunit and betaglycan in cystic follicles. In this study, the expressions of inhibin α subunit and betaglycan in cystic follicles were investigated using immunohistochemistry, real-time PCR and Western blot analysis. Both inhibin α subunit and betaglycan immunoreactivities were mainly localized in the granulosa cells of follicles. Expression of inhibin α subunit and betaglycan was inferior in cystic follicles compared with that in normal large follicles. However, the result of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay showed no significant difference in the decreasing in concentration of inhibin α subunit in cystic follicular fluid compared with the control (P>0.05). In this study, we explored the effects of FSH on betaglycan expression in granulosa cells in vitro. As expected, a significant increase in the expressions of betaglycan mRNA and protein in granulosa cells was observed in response to exogenous FSH (30 ng/ml) (P<0.05) compared with the control. Consequently, this study provides evidence that the expressions of inhibin α subunit and betaglycan are inferior in cystic follicles, and this may be caused by the decrease in FSH in the presence of a cystic follicle.  相似文献

牛肌肉生长抑制素(Myostatin,MSTN)主要是骨骼肌生长发育的负调节因子,能够限制肌纤维的增粗增大,其前两个外显子共同编码N-端前肽,第三外显子编码C-端多肽。突变其前肽编码序列会阻止牛MSTN基因表达蛋白与相应受体的结合,导致MSTN功能失活,促进肌肉增值,但具体突变位点仍未确定。本研究设计特定的引物对牛MSTN基因编码区进行PCR扩增并进行了克隆及测序,并假定牛MSTN基因编码序列发生E1-224-A〉C点突变,通过生物信息学的方法,对牛MSTN基因突变前后编码产物的理化性质、结构与功能进行了对比分析,为MSTN基因结构与功能的研究奠定了基础。  相似文献

试验旨在对羊白介素1受体颉颃因子(interleukin-1 receptor antagonist,IL-1Ra)基因进行全长cDNA克隆及生物学分析。根据布鲁氏菌感染羊白细胞层SSH cDNA文库中的IL-1Ra基因序列信息及已知核苷酸序列(GenBank登录号:KC425613.1)设计引物,利用RT-PCR结合RACE方法扩增并克隆IL-1Ra基因,对其进行序列及相关分子特性分析。结果表明,羊IL-1Ra基因全长为1 228 bp,可编码174个氨基酸,含有1个完整的IL-1保守结构域和1个IL-1Ra结构域(PHA02651结构域)。IL-1Ra分子质量为19 765.8 u,等电点(pI)为5.72,其分子式为C885H1385N235O256S11,且含有信号肽。二级结构分析显示,IL-1Ra分子存在较多的β折叠及受体结合位点,与三级结构预测结果一致,且与人/鼠IL-1Ra分子的空间结构相似度极高,达到90%以上。羊IL-1Ra有IL-1特有的三叶草结构,其酶结合结构域位于TYR47至GLU66之间。将羊IL-1Ra与牛、虎鲸、宽吻海豚、猪、家犬、人、鼠等14个物种进行蛋白质同源性比对,发现在各物种间存在5个高度同源的半胱氨酸位点。系统进化树分析发现,羊IL-1Ra基因全长cDNA所编码的氨基酸序列同山羊、牛单独形成一个分支。本研究结果为今后深入研究IL-1Ra基因的生物学功能奠定了基础。  相似文献

In order to explore the effect of different L-lysine levels added in semen dilution on the fresh Dorper sheep quality stored at liquid state,3 health Dorper ram were used to collect semen which were equal-packaged and added to solution containing different levels (0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4 and 0.5 g) L-lysine in 120 mL diluent and at 0,6,24,30,48,54,72 and 78 h,the sperm motility,membrane integrity and acrosome integrity were detected.The results showed that the sperm motility in groups added 0,0.1 and 0.2 g L-lysine were higher than other groups,and that in 0.4 and 0.5 g L-lysine groups decreased faster than other groups;The sperm motility in 0.5 g L-lysine group reduced to 0 at 30 h,and it reduced to 0 at 48 h in the group added 0.4 g L-lysine;The effective survival time and survival index in the group added 0.1 g L-lysine was higher than other groups (P< 0.05);The membrane integrity of 0.1 g group was the highest,that had no significant difference with control group from 0 to 54 h (P >0.05),while after 72 h the two groups had significant differences (P< 0.05).The membrane integrity in 0.4 and 0.5 g groups were the worst,and that was significant different with other groups (P< 0.05);The acrosome integrity of 0.1 g group was the highest which had no significant difference with control group (P >0.05),0.4 and 0.5 g groups were the worst,the difference between them was not significant (P >0.05),while was extremely significant difference with other groups except for 0 and 6 h (P< 0.01).The results suggested that dilution added a high concentration of L-lysine could inhibit sperm quality,when the count of L-lysine was more than 0.2 g,sperm quality was significantly decreased,adding 0.1 g L-lysine could improve Dorper sheep fresh sperm quality stored at liquid state.  相似文献
